Crenshaw Crossing is being developed in partnership with the Los Angeles Metropolitan Transit Authority (LA Metro) and Los Angeles County on a major public transit site in the heart of the City of Los Angeles.
The project, currently in pre-development anticipates the construction of 401 units of mixed-income housing and 40,000 square feet of commercial uses that will be focused on addressing the local "food desert."
The project will be capitalized with a combination of tax credit equity, competitive subsidy and private equity, and anticipates delivering housing at incomes ranging from extremely-low to moderate income levels - all of which will be deed-restricted as affordable for a period of 55 years.
