Ethos Real Estate and Bridge Investment Group have partnered to preserve the affordability of hundreds of apartments at Horizon Apartments in Santa Ana. At least 50% of units will be set aside for households earning 80% or less of the Area Median Income. The project will also offer residents access to social and economic services through nonprofit Project Access. This initiative aims to reduce displacement and support local communities.
