Adam Siegman is a Managing Partner with Ethos Real Estate and is responsible for acquisitions and capital markets. Adam’s career includes investment banking, private equity, distressed debt, loan origination and operating partner experience. He brings to Ethos a long track record of value add and opportunistic real estate investing and capitalization.
Prior to forming Ethos, Adam spent 9 years as a Managing Director of Watt Investment Partners, the commercial real estate acquisition arm of the Watt Companies. At WIP, Adam was responsible for the capitalization of over $850 million in transactions. Prior to joining Watt, Adam was a Vice President at LoanCore Capital where he was responsible for the origination and acquisition of over $700 million of mortgage and mezzanine loans on commercial real estate properties. Previously, Adam was a Vice President at OneWest Bank, where he was involved in the acquisitions of First Federal Bank and La Jolla Bank in structured transactions with the FDIC. Prior to OneWest, Adam was an Associate for Citi Property Investors, where he focused on West Coast acquisitions and investments.
Adam holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of California at Los Angeles and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Stanford University. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute where he serves on the UDMUC Green Product Council. Immediately following Stanford, Adam played a season of professional soccer in the USL for the San Francisco Bay Seals. Outside of the office, Adam enjoys surfing and spending time with his daughter.
