Chris is a Vice President of Development and Capital Projects with Ethos Real Estate and is responsible for managing the execution of development and investment business plans as well as the evaluation of new development and investment opportunities.
Prior to joining Ethos, Chris was a Project Manager with Watt Investment Partners managing all capital projects on existing assets and assisting with the evaluation of new investments. Before joining Watt Investment Partners, Chris worked as a Project Manager at CREDE where he managed or assisted on numerous multi-family, office, and medical office ground up and redevelopment projects in the Salt Lake City and Portland markets. Chris has also worked at CBRE as a retail leasing broker focusing on the Inland Empire and Orange County markets.
Chris holds a Master of Real Estate Development from the Sol Price School of Public Policy at the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from the University of California, Irvine where he competed as a member of the men’s water polo team.
