Corey is an Associate with Ethos Real Estate and supports due diligence, analysis and execution of all acquisitions and development opportunities.
Prior to joining Ethos, Corey completed the Master of Real Estate Development program at the University of Southern California while interning as an Associate at Hines. At Hines, he supported all aspects of the real estate development process, including site selection, entitlements, investment viability, programmatic design, construction, and asset management of existing properties. Before joining Hines, Corey was a Research Analyst at HR&A Advisors, where he performed financial and market analyses for real estate development and urban planning projects around the United States, specializing in the Los Angeles market. As a 4th generation Angeleno, Corey is passionate about improving Los Angeles, specifically through increasing its supply of mixed-income housing near transit lines and preserving existing affordable units for diverse income levels.
Corey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies from Brown University and a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.
